- 'Import from KML' command supports GE GroundOverlays now (New raster datasets (layers) are added to project. Rasters are transformed in according to GroundOverlays 'LatLonBox' and 'Rotation' tags)
- 'Export screen' function bug is fixed

The support of image rotation is improved.
With generation KML and ArGIS world files to tiled images now completely supported the tags of the rotation. Also supported rotation by open images with ArcGIS world files.

I place NL by Mano to BBS. See results.
With NL we can use refresh interval, region, lod.
Pipes are supported the parameters. We can use also bbox?
